a) your online registration is not complete until we receive your payment in full

b) conference packages cannot be combined; only one conference package per person

c) all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

d) a registration form is required for each attendee; therefore please complete the registration form in Part 1 before submitting your payment on line or by mail in Part 2.
