The Real Life Inspirational Friendship for the Mary & Elizabeth Woman of God Network
Pastor Seketha aka Mary & Pastor Carla aka "Liz"
Seketha and I are truly sisters in ministry who have been close friends for more than two decades. Although we now live thousands of miles apart, this women of God network is dedicated to my beloved sister in ministry, Pastor Seketha Williams, who has always spiritually encouraged me to do me despite the naysayers and despite that I fact that I was "different." She has always told me whenever I was going to do anything for the Lord, to "handle my assignment" which inspires me, to this very day to rise to the occasion,
while always giving God all the glory.
We affectionately call each other Mary and Liz; she is Mary and I am Liz. It is my true desire that all of my sisters in Christ experience the connection we have; to truly connect with a Mary or Elizabeth as we have because we are a positive influence on each other lives yet we keep it real; we truly celebrate each other successes, we lift each other up as well as pick up each other's broken pieces when the other is down and we walk side by side on this Christian journey, with our hand to the plow, en route to our divine destiny with a "leap in our belly" for each other through it all. We are truly sisters in ministry that are the wind beneath each other's wings; willing to the watch the other shine even though it may be a cloudy day in the other one's life; willing to leap for each other's bundle of joy; even if one of us delivers before the other realizing that the "first shall be last and the last shall be first."
It is my sincere desire our friendship will inspire others sisters to truly find the Mary or Elizabeth in their life to share the spiritual sisterly bond that Seketha and I share.
